The product must be in its original condition and has not been modified, used or washed.
The product damaged as a result of careless measurement or if it is damaged or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
When a product is returned intact and undamaged; That is, in its original condition, the return fee is borne by the customer and its value is 30 riyals and is deducted from the value of the returned product. When the damaged product is returned, we bear the full fee.
The exchange is within 3 days and the return is within one day only during sales and offers.
In selected offers or groups, the customer has the right to exchange only the products specified in the offer or group. However, in the event of a return, the entire group must be returned.
